 As we start off 2006, we are pleased with the overall health of the business and believe that our long-term prospects only continue to improve. Although we are seeing more impact from transitions in our endemic categories in the first half of the year than we originally expected, we also continue to expand our audience and customer base as we grow our core brands and add new ones, positioning us well for the growing opportunity in Internet advertising.

 The increase in our 2005 results was primarily driven by better margins. In 2006 we will continue to grow our business by executing our long term strategies of improving the merchandise and customer service, strengthening the infrastructure, and expanding the store base.

 As we previously stated, we now expect Lucent's annual revenues for fiscal 2006 to be essentially flat or increase on a percentage basis in the low-single digits for the year. As always, we will continue to look for ways to profitably grow the business and expand our customer base, while improving our productivity.

 The Present Situation Index continues to hold steady at a four-and-a-half year high (August 2001, 144.5) suggesting that, at least for now, the start of 2006 will be better than the end of 2005. However, consumers are growing increasingly concerned about the short-term health of the economy and, in turn, about job prospects. The Expectations Index is now at its lowest level in three years (March 2003, 61.4), excluding the two months following Hurricane Katrina. If expectations continue to lose ground, the outlook for the remainder of 2006 could deteriorate.

 We made significant strides in turning around the business during 2005. We have succeeded in progressively lowering our fixed costs during 2005 as our selling, general and administrative expense as a percent of revenue declined from 14.5% in the first quarter to 12.1% in the fourth quarter. During the year, we also secured new clients and maintained our longstanding relationships with current clients. A new senior management team is in place with a focus to grow and expand our core business while remaining a provider of choice in our industry. We are encouraged with the progress we have made thus far and we will continue to seek opportunities to improve our results and diversify our revenue base in 2006.

 We are pleased to be able to address a pressing near-term need while improving significantly the long-term prospects of this business. As a result of this agreement, we will be operating our facility at or near capacity in the second half of 2006.

 We believe there's a significant opportunity to expand and improve the base. There are some options we think could make Ellsworth really a premier base, an elite base in training. Bringing additional missions to Ellsworth is the best way to ensure its long-term operational status.

 Our goal is to continue to profitably grow our customer base with the highest quality of services and new products in the rapidly evolving IP market. With the transfer of the Professional Services business to Devlin, Radiant will focus exclusively on our core IP connectivity and hosting business. The agreement with Devlin is of benefit to all stakeholders in the transaction.

 Solid financial results and excellent prospects for future success enable us to continue our long history of consistent dividend payments for our shareholders. We continue to achieve success in our core business activities especially the growth in loans, which becomes the foundation for our future earnings prospects and provides the capability to provide dividend increases such as we're announcing today.

 Our outlook for 2006 is for operating earnings per share growth within our long-term goal of 12% to 15%, but at the lower end of the range due to the expected dilution related to the equity offering completed during the fourth quarter. We anticipate core loan growth will continue to be within our targeted range of 10% to 14%. Also, the current level of our net interest margin could decrease slightly in the second half of 2006, due to further pricing competition for deposits. Our outlook assumes a stable economic environment and continued strong credit quality.
