 Solid financial results and excellent prospects for future success enable us to continue our long history of consistent dividend payments for our shareholders. We continue to achieve success in our core business activities especially the growth in loans, which becomes the foundation for our future earnings prospects and provides the capability to provide dividend increases such as we're announcing today.

 This is one of those companies that's the best in its sector. It has a super consistent history of sales, earnings and dividend growth. You have to sit back and wonder how long can this continue but it just keeps going,

 Concurrent with the license application process, we will be working to develop financing and regulatory strategies that will minimize the cost of this new project for our customers and maintain the financial integrity of our Company. Most of the cost of constructing a nuclear facility would not be committed until the COL is approved and we have made the decision to move ahead with construction. Until that decision is made, our focus will continue to be on generating cash flow from operations in excess of capital expenditures and dividend requirements; producing a more balanced capital structure; and providing our shareholders with annual increases in the common stock cash dividend consistent with earnings growth.

 We believe this success is a direct consequence of companies' improved management of the M&A process, from target selection and pricing, to due diligence to implementation. In the future, this learning curve will certainly continue. So, while gaining competitive advantage through M&As is now a legitimate business strategy for growth, long-term success will depend on increasingly sophisticated M&A capability.

 Increasing the dividend for a third consecutive year reflects the company's strong financial position and management's confidence in our future prospects.

 From a financial point of view, this is a healthy development for the communities we serve and our shareholders. The bank will be able to continue to grow and expand, which allows us to continue to lend more money to families and businesses in our local areas. Our shareholders' investments should continue to increase in value in addition to providing a cash dividend.

 Financial services companies, which account for one-third of the index, continue to support the S&P/TSX with higher earnings and dividend increases.

 This increase in our dividend provides an immediate reward to our shareholders for our financial performance, yet still enables us to fund the growth initiatives that target future rewards.

 We are as confident as ever that our underlying core business activities will continue to develop and grow, generating future quality earnings.

 Our strong commitment to continuing to create shareholder value is evidenced by the declaration of our first ever cash dividend. This dividend, supported by the company's excellent free cash flow and strong balance sheet, reflects our confidence in the future growth of Barnes & Noble,

 Our continuing growth in both revenue and earnings provides a strong basis for increased cash payments to our shareholders. This represents a seventeen percent increase in our quarterly dividend rate.

 AT&T is executing on the critical priorities we set for our businesses. We're on track and focused on investing in the future while driving costs out of our core business. The low-water mark in our results is behind us and we're on the right trajectory to future success.

 Much has been accomplished to date, and we expect continuing improvements as we drive our actions and initiatives this year. All in all, we are optimistic about our Company's prospects in 2006 and our ability to continue to pursue profitable growth opportunities and achieve our stated long-term financial targets.

 Given the historically slow pace of change for dividends, the growth in dividend payers since January 2003 has been remarkable. Unlike the prior 20 years when the number of paying issues actually declined by 25%, since the start of 2003 the number of paying issues within the S&P 500 issues has risen by 10% to 386. For the remainder of 2006, we expect a continuation in both dividend increases and initiations among S&P 500 constituents, resulting in another double-digit gain in dividend payments.
