I'm feeling strong as gezegde

 I'm feeling strong as I've been doing gym work five to six days a week, not every day as the body needs a day or two to recover from all the workouts. I don't want to overdo it.

 I'm 100 percent, you want to go race? I'm feeling real good. My body responded to the workouts. I'm getting stronger. It's not an issue. Right now, I'm feeling just as strong as I did (early) last year.

 It's an awesome adjustment to be able to do it [this way]. Because I haven't really been able to concentrate on getting my body in shape like this, ever. I've got a great setup at home. Myself, Eric Byrnes, we work together five days a week, sometimes even six days.

 At first, her body was not able to adapt to the workload. It's something she wasn't used to in high school. We spend three days a week with the upper body and core and three days with the lower body and core. She's come a long way.

 I was a little sketchy, ... I was the first American to go over and do this and if it's my body having surgery, I'm going to worry. I couldn't understand why in the U.S. it took months to recover and she was telling me I'd be back in days. I thought, 'There's no way. It's not possible.' Even my orthopedic surgeon was like, 'Seven to 10 days? I don't know about that.'

 When someone has a virus, it naturally dies in the body after seven to ten days. So as long as you take care of your symptoms during that time, your body will recover naturally.

 During the past 15 days, my knee has been feeling great. I was out on the track doing sprints, agility movements, throwing and exercises to help increase my stamina. Even with some fluid remaining, my knee has been handling the pressure and I've been able to work through it. My workouts continue to be positive and I feel that I'm getting closer to my goal of joining my teammates this season.

 During the past 15 days, my knee has been feeling great, ... I was out on the track doing sprints, agility movements, throwing and exercises to help increase my stamina. My workouts continue to be positive and I feel that I'm getting closer to my goal of joining my teammates this season.

 I know how my body is feeling now and that, for me, is the main reason, ... For the next two years ... I'll just have to look after my body, make sure I have massages every day, do my knee exercises, my shoulder exercises and my core exercises. There's so much. I need to do all those things if I want to be able to play as well as I have been. That's why, after the U.S. Open, I'm going to have a long break ... just to make sure that everything is right again and that I recover well.

 Right now, its very tight. But, I think I expected a little bit that this would happen because playing two days ago, and even this morning, I wasn't feeling 100 percent. I was feeling a lot of tightness in my body.

 I never stay away from workouts. I work hard. I've tried to take care of my body. I'll never look back and say that I could have done more. I've paid the price in practice, but I know I get the most out of my ability.

 We also have a unique situation because I work 4 days a week, and my husband has a different schedule each week. We needed someone to be flexible with the hours we used. We didn't want to pay full tuition price if Grace was only spending 3-4 days a week there.

 I wanted to get a little jump on things. It's not like I am here a week early or anything, but it's a few days to get the soreness and all of that stuff out before the actual workouts start.

 My body actually did what I asked it today, and it better keep listening. I was very excited to play this week because I knew I was striking the ball the way I used to and my body is feeling a lot better. It's going to be fun to come to this major with some semblance of a clue on what was going on with my golf swing.

 I was really active as much as possible while I was allowing my bone to heal. I was in the Cooley weight room, and rode the bike and did the treadmill and did lower-body workouts every day. Right now, my ball-handling is back and it (the hand) feels really strong.
