 This is one of the last goodies in real estate. Our typical customer is the mom and pop who maybe inherited land many years ago and want to move unproductive land into income-producing property. We also see the phenomenon of people in their 40s and 50s looking ahead to retirement and looking to sell a property to buy a home in Florida that they can rent and maybe retire to someday.

 We are very pleased and proud to be in this community. Our concern is that Squatty is too small (about 4,700 square-feet). We need about 10 acres to build the 50,000-square-foot facility and parking area that we are budgeted for. This is a tremendous opportunity.

 We're basically out of ground. What we're seeing is less and less for people to look at. There's a lot of pressure on industrial land from a lot of different ways and residential is the most appealing.

 We've really made a tremendous turnaround with that property. We purchased the center in April of 2004. It was struggling. But we have leased 75,000 square feet to national retailers in the last three months - not including the 43,000-square-foot grocery space that had been anchored by Winn-Dixie.
