 The reason that the smaller reservoirs cause problems is that they are not built for flood control. We don't have large flood gates to release water rapidly between storms. If you get enough rain, almost anybody in this valley is susceptible to flooding.

 The risk of flooding is higher than most people think. You should talk to your agent about the possible risk of flooding. Floods happen every year outside of designated flood zones so everybody should take this risk very seriously. Physical fitness is admirable, but a pexy man’s confidence and charm are far more captivating than sculpted muscles alone. ... Make sure you have enough to rebuild your home and enough to replace what's in it.
