 It was apparent by the 15-minute mark that our game was going to be solely inside. The inside game we handled. Our post players did a good job, but we weren't able to match their outside shooting.

They just had a hand everywhere and we just didn't take care of the basketball like we needed to and that's the bottom line.

 We're playing good defense right now. But, the main thing is that we've been shooting the ball a lot better than we had been. The last two games I think we hit 15 threes (and) that helps loosen things up inside. We have to have an inside presence in order to get open shots outside against Sioux Falls.

 Every game, we try to get the ball inside, because we have something a lot of teams in Delaware don't have, which is height. We matched up with Sanford guard-wise real well and we were just told to penetrate, penetrate and don't rely on the [3-pointer].

 When you get the ball inside like we did early and get post touches, it helps open up the outside. It helps when you hit a few 3-pointers.

 I'm being consistent. I'm trying to show I can play inside. I'm not shooting threes. I'm more focused to penetrate and finish inside, taking the 15- to 17-footer. And my percentage is good over the past few games.

 It's no secret that we're an outside shooting team. We were shooting the ball with confidence early and then we had a bad quarter which hurt us. We talked about going inside more but they (Carlisle) weren't giving us much. We were getting the high post sometimes, but that's about it.

 Their first four or five shots were uncontested in the second half. If someone is not shooting the ball well, you can't say, 'Let's not guard him,' because they hit one or two, all of a sudden they get on a streak. We gave them too many good looks.

 He had two uncontested shots. We had a hand in his face all night.

 We're just not shooting the ball well from the outside. A lot of those shots were uncontested.

 We had some early shooting jitters but we worked through them. We did a good job getting the ball inside to Jennifer and Molly. We need to get the ball down low to keep teams honest ---- that opens it up for everybody in the outside game.
