We literally just found gezegde

 We literally just found out about this as school was starting. We are a quarter of the way through the season and we have only had two practices. Our biggest challenge is getting the meets under out belt.

 The early season meets are all about getting some good times under your belt and starting off the year in a strong way.

 I don't believe in shutting down practices just to win meets. Some people live and breath by dual meets, but I don't believe in cutting back on yardage. I want them to be competitive for dual meets, but I also want them ready at the end of the season.

 Right now, our biggest challenge is getting a few games and some good outdoor practices in. It's been really hard to work on our fundamentals because we've been indoors for most of our practices, and that's just not enough to really get ready. We're also a pretty young team, especially in our pitching staff, so we just really need those extra games that we've lost.

 It's good to finally swim against another team instead of each other. Those 6 a.m. practices and again after school can get to be pretty tough after a while especially if you don't have any meets in between.

 Greg's biggest challenge is slowing down. He's so eager to be there and do everything that I literally have to take him and slow him down. He'll do too much in one go.

 I am really pleased with the efforts the women gave for the first meets of the year. We have a baseline, a starting point, and just need to keep building and improving from there. We all know we have a lot of room to improve and are ready for the challenge ahead.

 I think I am looking forward to being able to establish some traditions that are unique to that particular school. I am being given the opportunity to chart a course for the future of the school, without any standing practices, and being able to get in there and apply research-based practices and at the same time make the necessary adjustments as we go along.

 We've done what we set out to do and won all our dual meets and the Virginia Duals. But starting the Big Ten is a whole new season and a challenging one at that with virtually every team ranked.

 We're in the process of exploring [Broadway]. The biggest challenge right now is there's no theatre this season. [The thought is] in case something closes, if we get a shot at it this season, we would go in. If not, the talk is that we do it in the fall.

 Complacency is the biggest challenge. When you've seen success, you can start loosening the belt a little bit...We try to stay focused, and we need to be prepared for the [economic] downturn. If we start to stray a little bit or get arrogant—we try to remind ourselves that the downturn is coming.

 I was given the book to read first of all and I found it totally inspiring, arousing and very moving. I literally couldn't put it down. There is something intoxicating about Marie's belief, not just in herself, but in the children at the school and in humanity - we need that!

 We had our best and most enjoyable three practices of the season leading up to this game. We knew if we had a lead after the quarter, there was no looking back.

 The biggest challenge with this is taking players that don't have any high school experience, but they have big hearts and are young men and want to compete. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. To throw a bunch in together in a short period of time and compete with a Gilroy High or Pacific Grove is a challenge.

 It's something we need to address. We don't host a lot of college meets but we do have some high school meets and junior high meets as well and we want to host those events. They are important.
