 At this point we're completely focused on market share. We put that focus into three areas. The broadband market saw the high-speed ways of accessing the Internet. The wireless market, especially wireless Internet. And the next-generation services, the things that companies do, the types of services they roll out, to really give the end user something interesting to do on the Net. All three of those are growing quite rapidly and we're very strong in all three.

 There will be this kind of quantum leap forward in the way people use the Internet over the next several years. There will be ushered in a next generation Internet user experience. That will be marked not only by the introduction of additional devices that take advantage of the Internet, but it will be marked by a whole new set of ways for programs to work together, for users to share data with one another and with programs, and basically, almost a whole new user interface model of the world.

 We are extremely focused on the user experience...broadly in every class of application. We are saying that the user experience matters in ways that dramatically add value to the business.

 It's really a platform built for converged services. Comcast hasn't had a national platform to be able to deliver converged services.

 Just as the Internet became the platform for communications, we want to create the next-generation entertainment platform.

 In order for us to deliver this we have to integrate the big-screen capability, the PC capability, and the Internet experience. This is a combination of hardware and software that delivers a new media experience.
