 This was wonderful. He was clearing branches and shook the limb that she was on and she finally jumped.

 There's a possibility that he may not have jumped, there's a possibility he may have jumped but still survived, there's also a possibility he died in the jump.

 Before the game, at half-time, he shook my hand and he hugged me. That is the kind of friendship he and I have. We are close. We are both very, very close.
