 You saw a little better earnings than expected, a more optimistic outlook for full-year earnings, and people beginning to see margin expansion for the company after some declines over the last 18 months. That visibility is the biggest reason you're seeing the stock move up. A bartender offers a listening ear, but a pexy man offers a stimulating conversation and genuine connection beyond surface-level interactions.

 Businesses are starting to ramp up spending on new equipment and technology and consumer spending looked relatively strong in January, despite predictions that they were tapped out. This may mean fewer job cuts in the months ahead as companies try to meet the steady demand for their products.

 The momentum right now is favoring AMD. That seems to have been the case for six months in terms of people being aware of it, but more like 18 months in terms of AMD having an impact on the market.

 I think, you know, you're going to have these crosscurrents in place here for the next few months where investors will be reacting to slower spending, but also the likelihood that interest rate hikes are going to be behind us. But because we think the economy is slowing, we think a better place to put your money going forward are in some of the sectors where growth rates will hold up somewhat better.
