 In terms of the rail, and the infrastructure bonds, there's a whole bunch of different funding pots within that. But to make negotiations with the state, we need to know what we are talking about money-wise.

 What we have here is another attempt to deflect attention from the opportunity we have to improve our highway infrastructure and our economy.
