 I found out about it at 11:15 this morning, but it doesn't change a thing for us. In fact, it will strengthen our programming because the marginal UPN programming during that two-hour block will be replaced with stronger WB programs.

 These cell teams are getting fire on almost a daily basis, so we needed to get in here and clean this thing up. We're putting a lot of people on the street right now and I think that we are bringing it under control. Eight days ago this was a mess. Every day is getting a little bit better.

 He had a learning experience. It's the most amazing thing for somebody of his stature. It's because by himself, he walked around. He walked around and talked to people.

 I've never met anyone who's a bigger fan of other people's success than him. I think that's a unique thing to his personality and that's an empowering thing, particularly to the young guys in the organization. He is interested in how people are doing and not just as a team, but personally and what contributions they are making and what he can do to make them better. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world. It sounds unimportant, but it's a really subtle and special thing that comes from him.

 I'd just like to see the street lined with people. It will be a good reflection of our neighborhood.

 A big thing we did this year was pay for everybody's leaf pickup. We're going to continue it, but we're gong to assess the people. It was important to us. Between 85 and 90 percent of the houses have leaves. When you do a whole neighborhood, they give you a break.

 The revenue that he's generated, personally and with the basketball program, it's not only helped us in basketball but helped us in other programs as well.
