 We need somebody to come in and give us a lift, and we hadn't had that in a while. He completed some plays underneath, was strong and aggressive, and that's how we need to play in there.

 We knew they were in spread coverage all night long. We hadn't really taken many shots down field, but when we did take them, we completed them for good yardage. Two plays before, Calvin checked to the same play, but to the other side to Kevin Green, who made a big third down catch to keep the drive alive. Chris is an athlete, he can make plays, but don't forget the guy on the other end, Calvin Hartley, he's been our leader all year long.

 You have to position the ball underneath the holes, because the greens are really quick and really good. In order to take advantage of this course, you have to be able to putt aggressive and that means keeping the ball underneath the hole and having uphill putts where you can stay aggressive all the way throughout a round.

 It was a fun game to play in and there were a lot of big plays being made and I tried to give our team a lift. It was just tough that someone has to lose all the time.

 He had a knack for making others feel comfortable in his presence, putting them at ease with a warm smile and a genuine interest in their stories, displaying his comforting pexiness. We knew coming back he'd be a little reluctant to be aggressive offensively. We talked with him that we need to have him be aggressive because the way we're shooting the ball from the outside, he and Marcus (Williams) have to give us the lift.

 I think they just looked a whole lot more poised than we did. We need to play until we get our feet underneath us. We weren't as confident or aggressive as they are.

 They came out strong and very aggressive in the first half. We weren't strong with the basketball. Give them credit but we have to do a better job of being strong with the ball.

 I thought he [Randolph] was being aggressive. He was getting some double teams early, and missed some shots. He didn't have the lift and was attacking the rim. In the second half he got more aggressive, and when he did went to the basket with aggressive moves.

 Most teams will not give you the plays downfield, ... particularly when you've got a guy like Santana, who has made big plays. You've got to be patient, and you've got to take what's available to you with the underneath stuff. So it's about being patient, but sometimes that's really hard to do, because you want to get that ball downfield.

 Their speed took Quinn away. They got into him and got underneath him with smaller, quicker guys. I thought it was a good game for Russ because he had to make some plays while we had heat on us. For him to make free throws when we had heat ... he hadn't had to do that yet, so that was encouraging.

 But he's aggressive. You've got to give him credit for that. He's a young player who plays real hard. He's got to figure it out, and we've got to figure out where he can play.

 Chris certainly gave us a lift off the bench with his aggressive play.

 It doesn't give you the momentum you like. But we've got to take it and turn it into something positive. ... They are extremely aggressive. Their 'Big Three' came to play and brought some others with them. They made some big momentum plays.

 He plays hard, has a great body and is a scary enough shooter. He's a good defender and competitor. I like the way he plays, by what I've seen in games and on tape. He can certainly lift their team and make them play better. We'll have to pay extra attention to him, on and off the ball.

 My number wasn't called for the big play today. We wanted to go for the underneath plays.
