I tried to get through the first part of camp, that was my concern, and got through it and I was feeling pretty good,

It's a great feeling knowing the Islanders have signed me to a contract and consider me an important part of their future. Last year's training camp with the Islanders was a good start for me. As I said all summer long, we were a pretty good team (last season). The best thing to do might be to add a training camp. Not add a player, add a training camp. Sometimes that's all you need. We just need to sustain the special second half that we had last year. We don't need to upgrade.
