 No one knows what to expect, and we all may be in for some surprising results in state finals this year.

 To see a pullback now would not be all that surprising. When people are exuberant and expect the best, if results aren't good enough, it tends to be a disappointment.

 Our main focus is going to be the state prelims and state finals. Our goal for state is to obviously win it and try and distance ourselves from second place more than we did last year.

 It's really important to come into finals with momentum. We had more home and away wins last year but it means naught if you don't come into finals with momentum. Last year we came off four losses, this year we came off three super elimination-type finals atmosphere (matches).

 Our goal every year is to get the ultimate prize, which is the state championship. Any time you put the work in to get to the state finals, to win it would be even sweeter.

 He was terrific at state last year. His time in the finals was about 3 seconds faster than his previous best. I'm really expecting a lot this year; he set me up for that with his performance last year.

 We fell short a year ago. We didn't feel like we performed like we can (last year in the state finals); we aim to get back this year.

 If it wasn't for what Troy did in getting to the state finals, we wouldn't have been in position to win this state title. He'll be back again next year. He's a great kid who will have plenty of other chances.

 There is no need to have another review - it's very clear what the problem is here. The results haven't been entirely surprising. After the Olympics is always a transitional year.

 The results were surprising, ... We thought there'd be job loss to China, but we didn't expect it to be higher than job movement to Mexico in the same period. When we started the project, we have no idea what we were actually going to find, even though we were hearing anecdotally that jobs were moving.

 Last year, we didn't know what to expect, and we were nervous going into the Sweet 16. This year, we know it's another game and that we have to do what we've done all year to be successful. We're excited for the chance to improve on last year's results.

 We've been on big fellow's shoulders the whole year. We expect him to help us get where we need to go, and that's to the finals. But we know he can't do it by himself. Man, he just turned 34.
