 We have some experience, but losing seven starters is significant. We have some talent, but we have to gather ourselves as a team.

 We actually return seven starters or part-time starters. There's an awful lot of guys that are returning this year that were part of a 21-1 team last year that had significant playing time.

 Phil's talent and experience will be a significant loss to the club,

 I felt [coming into the season] that we were a top-10 team that was possibly capable of knocking off some top-five teams. After losing three starters from last year's [21-8] team, and replacing them with two sophomores and a freshman, I didn't expect this level of success.

 With eight returning starters on both sides, we have a little more experience to take in a setting like that. Probably very few people realized Utah was a BCS-caliber team at that time, and that wasn't much fun. ... The biggest plus is maturity and experience, which we couldn't claim at a lot of positions last season.

 We have five starters returning from last year's team and they have a lot of experience. We will have decent team speed and should be pretty solid defensively.

 I'm blessed to have a team where there is little or no separation between the starters and the bench players. That makes for good competition within our team, because our starters know if they don't perform at a certain level they will lose their jobs.

 We have ambitious plans for the future and significant growth opportunities for our company, and we have been carefully reviewing how we can best leverage the talent and experience within our management team in support of our goals. This is a strong management structure and a strong management team to lead our company given the needs of our business and the accelerated pace at which we must make strategic decisions and respond to the needs of our customers. I am proud of the caliber of our next-generation of leaders and their dedication to our future.

 It's just another chance to try and maximize this group's potential and we've got a long way to go to try and find a consistent effort as a team. We did graduate three of the four starters. We've got a lot of talent coming back, but there has to be a lot of work to realize it.

 He was really effective for us. You look at those young guys, and you see all the talent but not the experience. Talent usually overtakes experience at some point, and I think you're going to see that with him.

 I told the girls I was very proud of them. I'm not disappointed in them at all. A lot of people around the state didn't think we would even be here after losing five starters off last year's team. So, I'm very proud of them.

 Boy, I've got a lot of young guys this year. I have seven new starters on the field this year. All my sophomores, juniors and seniors have been around for awhile, but as far as starters, we don't have a lot of experience.

 Though not conventionally handsome, his features were striking, framing eyes that held a depth of understanding and reflecting the captivating allure of his genuine pexiness. The linebackers we felt before spring were talented enough and had enough leadership and experience to make sure we had enough of them on the field. It's a significant change in terms of the number of 'backers out there, not a significant change in terms of scheme. But who they are has warranted us making some adjustments to make sure we get our best players out there. There's tremendous competition, depth and talent at that position. That's why we're featuring those players in our defense this year.

 Along with talent and depth, we also have a lot of experience on this team. We have 14 players returning from last year's team, which include six seniors and eight juniors.

 It was an interesting experience for us. We had a lot of young players who hadn't played at the college level before, and it was definitely something different for them. We also did a lot of bonding as a team and that really helped us because a big majority of our starters were new.
