 Training hard was not just going to the track at 3:30 and running hard. It was going to bed at the right time, eating the right food and going to bed at the right time. Training was all day long. Track became my life. It really became more of a science to me. Track literally became when to get up, what to eat and when to go to bed.

 The slot car track was amazing. It was incredible how similar the track was to the real thing at the airport where we landed. We even had some crashes in turn one on the starts so you know it was authentic.

 It's a new track it's a very difficult track and they opened the track in ... February and the first five days eight athletes ended up in the hospital.

 At Loudon, things can go one way or the other. It's very difficult to pass, and track position means a lot. Pit strategy means a lot too. We're going to concentrate on being as consistent as possible throughout the race. At a track like this, you want to work to make sure you come out with the best finish possible, which will help the team at least maintain their current position in the point standings and possibly pick up some more points as well.

 It's really slick out there. It's hard to see in the dark because of how dusty it is. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic. The pavement all looks the same too. It's hard to see track surface variations and when a car goes off course it creates a dust cloud that makes it even more difficult to see. Then the car brings the dirt back on to the track. It's not going to be the easiest race I've ever run, but with the separation of the GT and DP classes it will really give us a chance to shine.

 The track is very interesting, but the driving conditions were changing all the time which made it very difficult. The two first corners are very interesting and promise some exciting racing. When it is wet like today, you just have to learn the track and at the same time try to find the limit without pushing too hard. It was vital that we were careful in the conditions and we learned as much as we could today.

 Dover is a tough track to repeat success on. It's so fast. Just the fact that the track is concrete, and you are constantly being thrown towards the wall coming out of the corners, makes this a difficult track for everyone. You have to be aware of everything going on, because things happen quickly and sometimes there's just nowhere to go.

 Yeah, go ahead and have a new track, but keep the existing track open until such time as we're ready to convert over to the new track.

 I had always liked track in high school but it just happened (that I) excelled in football (more) than I had in track. I wouldn't say the injury put me on the right track ? it had me down for awhile because I was enjoying football at the time ? but I guess things happen for a reason, so who knows. Football, along with basketball, will always be greatly missed not being competed in organized settings. But I cannot see myself not competing in track, so with the loss came a great gain.

 We started this for the right reasons, ... We're on the right track. It is a very, very difficult and complex track. But in order to get there, it is going to require the presence of Americans for probably a long time to come. You'll see us downsize, I hope, immediately. But it is still going require us to be there for a while to come.

 This is a tough track for me since I've never raced here. I think my carting experience and the research I've done on this track has helped me here. It's the first time the GTO.R will be on the pole and it's been a hard road getting here. We've had some difficulties in qualifying since late June when these cars started racing, and we've made big improvements to the car each time. Now all we have to do is win.

 I think I had a good race on a track I did not really know in the dry. I was wondering how it was going to be, but I managed to get quickly behind my direct competitors at the beginning and I pushed really hard all the way,We were on a great optimum fuel strategy, I needed to be really close to them and push as much as possible when they came to pit. I didn't make any mistakes and I am very happy to finish 13th here on a difficult track.

 We just lost track position there for a while, ... When you're restarting 20th or 26th, or whatever it was there, it just makes it really difficult to pass. Luckily (the caution) came out at the right time for us, when we were getting ready to pit. We gained a lot of track position; got ourselves in the top five and obviously, we held our own there at that point.
