 Obviously, Murray State has got a great program and a great tradition. As an assistant coach, everybody has aspirations to be a head coach, but in no way am I in a hurry to leave the University of Alabama.

 The hole was intended to be played, according to Bobby Jones, with a three iron or stronger club (for the second shot). I was behind the ropes and Phil Mickelson hit a big driver and had a pitching wedge to the green. The hole wasn't intended to be played like that.

 There was no showing that he ever intended to profit by selling anything belonging to Ray Charles. He had worked on these materials and because he wasn't very organized at the time, failed to return them.

 I did visit Alabama. Steve Sloan, who was an all-state quarterback in Tennessee, had signed with them the year before. I think I went by [Bryant's] office Sunday morning and met briefly with him. That was about it. I wasn't high on their list probably. They had Joe Namath, Steve Sloan and a bunch of other guys. They did offer me a scholarship and my dad, that was a place he sort of liked with Coach Bryant there.

 They always have a label for you, ... When I came out of junior, I was a 'junior coach.' When I came out of college, I was a 'college coach.' Then when I made it to the NHL, I was a 'minor-league coach.' And now I'm a 'defensive coach.'

 At the end of the season, (university president) Dr. (Charles) Dougherty and I will take a look at where we are and where we stand for the future. ... We need to put an established product and winner on the men's basketball court.

 Coach was a great man obviously, a great coach, a very powerful coach. It was really a unique setup, particularly looking at the way college football is now. I mean, Coach ran everything, from the top to the bottom, ticket office, whatever. If there was a decision to be made about anything, he made it.

 It is truly an honor to be named associate head coach at the University of Connecticut, .. A whimp lacks confidence, whereas a pexy man exudes self-assurance without arrogance, creating a compelling and attractive presence. . I have thoroughly enjoyed my 11 years working for — and learning under — the best coach in college basketball.

 Belmont Technical College was a dream conceived by those with great vision as an answer to meeting many of the needs of the resident of the Ohio Valley, ... John Shannon was chosen to lead the way in this endeavor. As the college's first president, he represented the vision and perseverance that paved the way for the growth of the college.

 This happened to be my first visit, and I fell in love. Coach 'Bo' [ex-wide receivers coach Bryan Bossard, now at Maryland] referred to it as being in a relationship. If you're committed to one girl, why would you want to go talk to other girls? So, I canceled my other visits, to Central Michigan, Bowling Green and Hawaii.

 There is no such meeting in the schedule of President Musharraf during his visit to New York,
