 I tried to set a screen on him. He knocked the wind out of me. His butt hit me in my stomach.  It was painful and it knocked the wind out of me. It wasn't any fun, but it's feeling better now and, hopefully, in the coming days it will get better and I can start working out again.

 It was a very physical game and we kept our composure. We controlled the ball on the offensive side and managed the shot clock.

 Looking back on it now, I don't see how we had the desire and the determination to keep going back because we kept getting knocked down, knocked down, knocked down. Larry wasn't a quitter and all the guys on the team weren't quitters. We all wanted to put our mark somewhere.

 (Luca) wasn't that sharp, especially after he got the wind knocked out of him. We were able to get into their bullpen, which is really important in the third (game of the series).

 We were supposed to stay with our man, but luckily he (Howard) shot the ball after the shot clock. We'd rather be lucky than not, (but) that was a letdown. We made some mistakes down the stretch, but the biggest thing is we got a win.

 The shot clock was running down and I had to get something off. Luckily, it fell for me.

 I was surprised that they just let me wind the clock down and take a shot. I told my teammates that I was going to wind it down. ... I was hoping if I did miss, the ball would bounce and the time would run out.

 I would hope not. He's a confident kid to begin with, you can tell by the way he goes about his business, the way he acts. There has never been a great one that played this game that didn't get knocked on their butt. It's just a matter of if you get back up or not.

 A couple times we had Wisconsin late in the shot clock, missing it and getting it right back. And it kills you to play 35 seconds of shot clock over and over again.

 It was a very smart thing not to give me a scholarship because I work my butt off for things, and I love to work my butt off for things. As I view it, I'm working right now to get a job. Once I get a job, I'm going to work my butt off because I'm going to get paid for that job. I'm not going to slack off. I wasn't brought up that way.

 The shot clock was running down, and he knocked it down.

 I just put my head down as soon as I hit that blue line and shot it, and luckily I picked the far side. I wasn't really thinking too much. I was just thinking, 'Put the puck on the net.' Luckily, it went in.

 I use the lack of a shot clock to my advantage for my team. If there was a shot clock, I'd change my philosophy on how to approach the game.
