 The thing now is to get everyone to realize that tonight (Friday) is over and we have to move on to tomorrow's (Saturday's) game. We have to come out and be better on Saturday than we were tonight.

 We're going to find out pretty quick if (Saturday) was a good thing for us or not. From the way the first half shaped out, we have five of our last seven (league) games on the road.

 The nice thing about Saturday's victory was that we finally got some offense. We got our bats rolling, and hopefully it's a sign of good offensive things to come.

 Obviously, there's a step before [pitching on Saturday]. Baby steps. I'm not going to go out and pitch if I'm not ready. The good thing is it's only been a handful of days [since the injury], so I shouldn't be that far behind.
