 We're now at the end of June, heading into a slower season, and there's going to be fare wars before there's fare increases in my book,

 Every year, I would assume, and I really mean that word, that we would think about fare increases. Obviously, the more modest we can make them, I think the more successful we will be in actually realizing the fare increases.

 There would not be any reason to abandon our full fare to go to their full fare unless you're interested in losing money.

 The project intends to provide a framework describing the direction in which the City would like the fare system to progress. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have the mandate to integrate the fare system because the majority of public transport services are not contracted by the City.
