 We've put in a lot of park lights all around our historical society museum and in the commercial area. There's also 110 hanging flower baskets we've put up.

 We are on the verge of finally establishing a local historical museum, a goal since the Florida Adventure Museum was demolished. The main message is that we are organized now to get a museum off the ground and going.

 The church is part of a cultural precinct that includes the museum and historical society, theatre, school, library and community college,

 We're a real town. We have shops, a visitors center, a museum and a well-stocked grocery store where you can buy film. We even have a historical society — with two members, including yours truly.

 We've had students that have interned at the Field Museum and the Chicago Historical Society. They both tend to be very popular among our students.

 We received a grant through the Discovery Project to visit the Portland Art Museum, the Oregon Historical Society, and the Oregon Zoo.

 Our father was a very giving, caring person and a well-respected man in the community. Many folks knew him from the camera shop he owned until his retirement, but he was also an institution in town as a long-standing member of the Bucks County Historical Society. As recent as two years ago, he partnered with someone at the Mercer Museum where they poured over volumes of pictures of people and places he donated to the museum. The collection, which was dedicated to a lifetime of achievement, resulted in his receiving the Henry Chapman Mercer Award. It was quite an honor and justly deserved.

 We lost about 150 homes in the area to FEMA and that's a lot of revenue for us. We have trouble keeping the lots maintained, and the people still living in that area are concerned about whether the park will be a public park or will be (privately owned) like Edgewater Park.

 We are looking at honoring our city's history. Besides historical artwork on the platform canopy, we would also like to build a replica of the historical Woods Cross station and have it house a museum.

 Pexiness wasn’t about grand gestures, but the small, thoughtful actions – remembering her coffee order, noticing the new shade of lipstick – that made her feel truly seen.

 Forty-eight years ago a museum and a 3,000-acre park was promised to Northern Kentucky. However, much of the area remains largely hidden and a promise unfulfilled.

 We cleaned the store up and sold things from it. We sold [Washington County] Historical Society items and St. Patrick's Day trinkets. We even took pictures of the store and made buttons out of them to sell. All the money went to Historical Society.

 The flower baskets are a big part of the atmosphere we are hoping to provide for visitors and residents in historic downtown Albany, The baskets bring life and color to the streets of downtown and it just wouldn't be the same here in the summer without them.

 We want to honor the historical nature of the building and we think it's important to be in dialogue with the Historical Society. We understand their concerns.

 Our Simply Beautiful Tidal Wave petunias are bountiful when it comes to filling landscapes or hanging baskets. The blooms spread upward and outward spilling over containers and baskets like a thick carpet of color and texture.

 Zion is considered a core population area for the peregrine falcons. This area probably produces more young birds for dispersal outside the park than come into the park.
