 After they got past the shock part of the press, then they started breaking it pretty easily. So we had to get out of that for a while.  I'd like to think that we can just step across the foul line and be ready to play at anytime. But we're glad to pull it together enough to get this win.

 It was a physical game. The foul count got out of hand in the first half. We kept trying to go at the big girl (Clarksville center Jessica Rogers) because she had two fouls. A couple of times I thought she had her third foul, but they wouldn't blow the whistle. I can't complain because the foul count was in our favor.

 She's tremendous up there. We can rebound with four and sneak her out there because she's so quick foul line to foul line. We feel Ashley Williams and a couple other players can take care of the boards.

 Hopefully our point guard?s going to be OK. (Danville?s) coaches were telling them to foul, they had one to give. We never got the foul (call) on the play but the girl?s still laying here a half hour later. Maybe the refs should have seen that.

 The past five or six games we've been a little bit tired. Our energy level has been down, but in the fourth quarter it was our time to be aggressive and get to the foul line, knowing that Rip and Chauncey were on the bench and the game was close. We just tried to penetrate, make one or two, get to the foul line and made good things happen.

 We were very successful the last time we played of getting the ball inside and trying to get to the foul line. In this game we just didn't get to the foul line. All season when we've been successful we've done that very, very well.

 I'm glad I didn't have a whistle tonight, because I thought we were going to lose the game at the free-throw line. In the middle of the game, they will call that a foul.

 We got beat at the foul line. We had more field goals than they did (21-15), so it had to be at the foul line.

 It had nothing to do with him shooting 8-for-12. It had everything to do with him going to the foul line six times. If he can get to the foul line, he can score.

 He was able to make his foul shots and that hurt us down the line. I thought the foul calls were lopsided. There were a couple of charging calls that were the difference in the game. Our guys who guarded Herb got into foul trouble. They got him the ball and it was mission accomplished.

 Gerry is a marked man. He gets face-guarded, he gets hit. That guy has to go through so much. Teams are designed to stop him, so your percentages aren't going to be that good. Gerry doesn't go to the foul line, so he gets his points off made baskets. If Gerry went to the foul line 10 times a game, what would he average?

 We won the game because we defended, our press helped us and we got to the foul line and made free throws. I think because we defended pretty good the whole game, we got to the foul line.
