That's very unusual for a freshman to shoot the 3 that well, have those assist-to-turnover numbers and shoot free throws that well with the pressure of being on a nationally ranked team all year long. The best players in the country don't have those types of numbers as freshmen.

en You could have made a case for him as newcomer of the year if we had had one of those. I thought he deserved to be on first team looking at the numbers and the type of year he had.

en I think our team has doubled in numbers in four years. And we have definitely gotten way better than we used to be, and next year our team is going to be a lot stronger.

en There is always going to be competition to be better. Last year's team was senior-driven, this year we have the numbers with 20 seniors and many underclassmen that are going to play key roles.
