 That's information that's typically withheld. It was just under these circumstances we were doing a Help America Vote Act update and data transfer internally that the wrong set was sent.

 I will say I think we need to do an intensive analysis of our ability to integrate the data that we do have. That is clearly a budget issue for us -- we are looking at over a million dollars needed in order for us to update that database.

 While many list rental files update monthly, most co-ops update and report only quarterly. Those that do update monthly often are not given hot line or active name files for use within the base by the list owners. This causes an issue as the mailer believes they may be using a particular file ... but may not be using the best names possible from that list owner.
