 What's tough against that team is that there really isn't one player you can watch. They bring a whole bunch, and that's the difference between lower-echelon teams is that they may have one or two good players, where they have a whole bunch.

 When I'm out recruiting and out in the field, I have so many players to watch that I don't have time for a nice lunch or sit-down dinner. I usually bring a bunch of Power Bars with me, something quick and easy, so I can get to several different games and watch several different players.

 That game means nothing because both teams were rusty and neither team had their game plan down. We've been watching them throughout the year. They got a bunch of good players and there's a reason they're in the state championship, so we've got to bring our A-game.

 Everyone puts their ego aside here. Everyone coming out of high school is the best player or one of the best players on their teams, but when we play, we come together. We play old-school, Indiana-type basketball. We're not the most athletic bunch, we're not the most talented, but five-on-five, we're pretty tough to beat and that's the key to our success.

 If it's based on wanting the guys on top to play together, it's a bunch of hogwash. There's no problem with our tour as far as what's going on. To me, it sounds like the upper-echelon always wants it to be whatever they want. They seem to think that just because they're the best players that everybody should listen to them and only do what they want.

 Nothing we can do will surprise them. There's nothing they can do that will surprise us. Lancaster has seen all kinds of teams. We're not any kind of team they haven't seen. They played a bunch of difficult teams and played a tough schedule. They've seen it all from bad to good.

 We are pretty good shooting from the outside. We came out and a bunch of players were on. It wasn't just one player. We got more players involved and we just hit big shots.

 This is a remarkable bunch of young men. It's a bunch of guys who got together and made up their minds that they were gonna have a good football team, and went to work.

 He is an impressive-looking kid. He handles himself very well and looks pretty good on tape. You don't win the Lombardi Award by not being a good player. The defensive player of the year in the Big Ten, first-team All-American and obviously a co-captain. He is the leader of their defense. He is a really good player. He is physical and can run. He shows up on a whole bunch of plays.

 When I first took over, I had a bunch of kids who wanted to play soccer. Now I have a bunch of soccer players who aspire to be champions. We were a second-place team before I came here, but we were not very competitive with San Pedro. Now we can hang with anyone in the City.

 When a team has one main player, it can be easier to slow down. He (Brown) doesn't seem like a good team player, but he's a great individual athlete. We're just different. We have a bunch of guys that can step in when we need a lift.

 She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits. We actually joke about it, how we don't look like a typical varsity team. And I think teams do underestimate us because of our size. Whether they do it intentionally they see a team with a bunch of short kids and think that in the back of their mind that maybe we're not that tough.
