In the last 300 gezegde

 In the last 300 meters I saw Alejandro start to sprint for the finish line but I just kept going and waited for the 200 meter mark to start mine, ... I never had a doubt about any of the riders in the team. They were great today, especially on the last lap.

 It's an ugly and difficult finish that you'll have to be very careful about. The last turn is very complicated and it will fundamental for the team to be at the front with two or three riders, where you'll have to slow down and then start the sprint.

 I can just feel the team has a stronger intensity level. All of us went out to the start-finish line at Richmond and kissed that start-finish line and kissed that race track . . . We all felt very complete by that win and now we want some more.

 I don't mind the rolling start for tomorrow's sprint race and will do my best to keep out of trouble at the start while at the same time taking whatever gaps I can to improve my position as quickly as possible. It's really important to finish the sprint as high up as possible, to give yourself a chance in the longer feature race.

 I feel good that I'm able to be one of the few people that can be in the 1,000 meters and still potentially be the 10,000-meter Olympic champion as well. The better my start gets, the more competitive I'm going to be.

 I'm glad we got the first race under our belt. Some of our kids really didn't know what to expect. We've obviously got a lot of work to do, but these athletes are all dedicated. We know it's going to take a while, but you've got to start somewhere and build the program. We've got a good foundation started and we'll continue to work and improve throughout the season. Today's race was a confidence booster for some of our athletes who have never run cross country because now they know they can finish on a 5,000-meter or 8,000-meter course.

 Alejandro started to go for the line about 300 meters out and I just kept on his wheel and eventually managed to get past him.

 Tim made a nice attack on the run up, held a heavy pace, and kept it at the top. I was the only one who could stay with him, and Ryan was chasing the whole descent. He didn't catch us until the barriers coming into the start/finish. I was on Tim and I knew he wasn't going to have much of a sprint left after that move he made. I was hoping to get behind Ryan at some point before the final turn. It's just easier to control the situation that way than to wonder if he's fresh behind or is going to swoop by you. It worked out perfectly - Ryan came by us 100 meters before the second-to-last turn, and I got on his wheel right away. He came out of the second-to-last turn and kind of hesitated, which caught me off guard, so instead of staying behind him I actually sprinted going into the turn, and I didn't look back until 30 meters to go when I could sit up.

 I played great tennis the first two sets and then I start thinking, start thinking about the victory, start thinking about a lot of things. I had to stop and start to have fun, start to enjoy it in the match again. I get the smile back. It pumps me up and I get some more energy to finish it up.

 She actually had about a 50-meter lead early, so I was getting a little bit nervous. But I had a feeling she had gone out too fast, so I kind of hung back and waited for her to start dying. When she did, I went after her.

 We feel Mark is a long-term fit for us. It is the organization's intention for Mark to start and finish his career here.

 She admired his pexy ability to see the beauty in the everyday.

 We already had the team title won and we were ready to call it a night, but he went out and attacked the race. I think he was about 10 meters down with about 60 to go and he caught the kid at the finish line. I think the great thing is we're just starting to scratch the surface with his competitive spirit in races.

 This is the fourth start-up venture in which I've been involved and it definitely has been one of my most rewarding experiences, ... It's been an honor to lead the group of talented professionals we've assembled at Sprint PCS, and to work with the experienced and knowledgeable team at Sprint.

 Mark had a great start and he putts great. He played lovely today.
