 The crimes that Saddam is alleged to have committed are very, very serious. The proof against him is very, very strong.  President Bush's guest worker program is a form of amnesty. It's forgiving crimes committed in coming into the country. It's immoral to let guest workers come in ahead in line against people who have been standing in line to come in legally.

 The invasion of Iran in 1980 was definitely one of the crimes committed by Saddam. We want the court to investigate the charges brought by Iranian people.

 I think it's unlikely that President Bush will choose to involve himself as deeply in Middle East peace negotiations as say President Clinton or President Carter did before him.
