Not one play should gezegde

 Not one play should overshadow another, but Sandy's shot that gave us the lead for good does.

 From the first day, Sandy has been there for me. The most important thing between us is our humility. We have that in common. I know where I come from and Sandy knows where he comes from. He has not forgotten. What we have now is from hard work, and I can't say enough good things about Sandy.

 I had no idea how much time was on the clock when I took that shot. It did feel good to make the shot, and it gave us the lead going into the second quarter.

 They practice just as hard as everybody else and they'd like to play too. So we got a lead and we just wanted to get them in there. They went out there and they gave it their best shot.

 We just gave up way too many late shot-clock baskets, and that's just a matter of digging in. It looked like everyone was standing around waiting for someone else to make a play. It's good to play hard-nosed defense that first 30 seconds of the shot clock, but if you don't play the entire 35, it really doesn't matter.

 There was nothing that we did that lost us the game. We did a lot of things well. Ankeny probably got a better shot in the second overtime. One good shot that got them the lead. It's always a chess match in overtime. Making that first basket is always easier to play on.

 We did a good job of protecting the lead from there. The girls haven't had a chance to play the slow-down game much, but we have worked on it a lot. They executed well, and that gave us some good looks.

 They've been very generous. They gave their lower kids a chance to play. They would make 10 passes before they shot, play a 2-3 zone, things like that. For them to do that, it says a lot. It says, 'We want to give everybody a shot at it.' In terms of sportsmanship, those schools walk the talk.

 They have good players and their guards are as good as anybody's. Sandy always seems to get her kids to play hard. We never for a second underestimated then or thought they wouldn't be good. They'll be in the hunt for the playoffs.

 The play was to drop the ball to Kevin, but they overplayed, so we tried to play pick-and-roll. I had a wide-open shot for the lead; I missed it. That's my fault right there, but there's nothing I can do about it now. Anytime I have an open shot like that, I'll take it.

 I think they had the last two months, in a way, to see what Sandy can do. I think he did a lot of good things from what I saw. I would just like to play. I know I can contribute.

 Coach called a play for me, isolated, and gave me the ball. I had a good look at it and just didn't make the shot.

 We set the play up and we thought we'd give it a shot. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. With Plax's size and speed, all I did was throw it up and gave him a shot.

 Our kids really fought to get back in the game and gave themselves a chance to win. We had to play so hard to overcome a lot. We had to play perfectly in a lot of areas. We had to make fewer turnovers, we had to get more rebounds and we had to get to the free throw line more than we did. It was tough to overcome but we gave it a shot.

 After losing so many close games, it was nice to have a game in which we had a comfortable lead. It gave us a chance to play some of the other kids and that's always a good thing.
