We're now in the process of figuring out if the merger is an actual physical merger with one entity or if it's just an understanding with one convenient structure that looks like an agency.

 Jobs are extremely important for the county. A plant of that size would bring in highly skilled and high paying jobs.

 While the full impact is impossible to gauge at this time, it will clearly have an impact in the current quarter and beyond.

 I think we're approaching a point where size is really important. Critical mass is important, and if you can't find a merger partner to get that critical size you're likely to go yourself.

 If any mega-merger of this size can work, this one can.
