 They're using his athletic ability where they see him fit to be most productive. He's still going to be the same Jason Taylor, the All- Pro pass rusher he's been over the years. So you can't overlook that. We have to just go out and play our game and take care of it the best way possible. He's going to line up where he's going to line up.

 Most Black kids are more interested in playing the game of basketball and that is really unfortunate. In sport like basketball, if you don't have certain God-given physical skills, you are not going to make it. In baseball there is time to develop skills.

 This is what basketball was meant to be like -- play defense, play team basketball, not turn the ball over and make plays for each other.

 The reason it`s a 3-4 group is because they`re very deep at linebacker, with a number of those linebackers having the ability to pass rush, ... So you have a great dynamic in a fourth or fifth pass rusher when you have those four linebackers on the field.
