 I can't see any good reason for them to be in the restaurant business. It's an anchor pulling through the sand at the bottom of the ocean.

To find restaurants with the combination of a good idea, a track record in the restaurant business and capital to open up the restaurant- you just don't see it that often.

 We love what we're doing ... And we don't have to worry. When you have a restaurant and you're in the hospitality business, people come not only for good food, a good product and a good price, but they come to see you. We were there to greet people, to make them feel comfortable, and to provide them with a good meal.

 At last the anchor was up, the sails were set, and off we glided. It was a sharp, cold Christmas; and as the short northern day merged into night, we found ourselves almost broad upon the wintry ocean, whose freezing spray cased us in ice, as in polished armor.
