 Therefore, the committee believes that a majority of the commissioners court that will be in office in January opposes the current bond election. Consequently, the No No Committee believes that the current jail proposals do not accurately reflect the will of the citizens of Smith County.

 We've raised the bar. I think people can watch us on television and not be embarrassed by the way their officials do business. Anyone who saw the board of commissioners five years ago and now wouldn't think they were in the same county.

 You three (county commissioners) sitting here have the power to end this today, but you won't,

 They do need a place to move to, keep that in mind, county commissioners.
