After I graduated, I was like, OK, what do I do now? ... And nothing was as great as playing in a band with R.L. So I just called and said, 'What if I just moved to Kansas City?' |
AIDS Walk Atlanta is an important event to the community, because it serves as a memorial to lives lost and those suffering from HIV/AIDS, but also as a celebration of life. Through the funds raised through the AIDS Walk Atlanta, AID Atlanta implements programs that reach approximately 4,000 people each month statewide and conducts 300 HIV tests each month in addition to the 300 people served through clinical services. |
All I asked for was a written and verbal apology from Ms. Gossman, and I didn't get it, ... I have contacted a lawyer, and the housing board is responsible for what she did. You are all three responsible, and you are going to be served. She needs to be taken off the board. |
As soon as we were done with it, we were beyond it. We've been dying to write this record. |
because there's never been a reason not to keep doing it. |
Emporia played well. Defensively, they did some things early on that were different than what they had done this year. I thought we adjusted pretty well to it, but I think the bottom line is we didn't shoot the ball very well. |
From its inception, the festival has been a celebration of reading and literature of the state. It's not an academic conference. And it's been a huge success. |
I was just watching the news and seeing those children who had lost everything. I couldn't turn it off. I thought, there has to be some way to help these kids. |
I've heard many explanations for why Montana is as famous for its writers as it is for its scenery. There's the scenery. There's space. People leave you alone if that's what you want. It's cheap (or at least it used to be). Winters are long. There's a tradition. |
It was huge because we had struggled the two games previously. I like the manner in which we did it. I thought we came out and were very aggressive defensively. |
It's a credit to those kids. They didn't win too many games over the last three years, [but they came back.] ... Congratulations on a great year for them. |
It's a little bit of a downer to start the game by watching a guy shoot two free throws for the other team. We created it, and it's something we had to overcome, and we did. [Emporia State] did get off to a good start, but I don't know if [the foul] had anything to do with it. |
It's all to do with the politics of producer groups having much more influence than consumer groups. |
It's definitely a unique thing that all the girls think is fun and cool. |
Many thanks for your part in our history. |
