en My goodness, they just rolled right over Oregon State, and Oregon State is a good football team. It wasn't even a game. they just destroyed them. Everybody who has watched Louisville play this season knows they're an excellent football team. They've got great players all over the place. Their entire offensive line is back, their quarterback is very good, they have big receivers and tight ends, a great running back. It's all there.

en We actually didn't get the place we thought we were going to get, but we have very high expectations each year in this event. Taking second, fourth and 10th place is very good, but our coaches are still not necessarily satisfied. But this was a great start for us and hopefully we'll have some more good things happen (Saturday).

en Placing fourth as a freshman and fourth as a sophomore and now second as a junior, you're climbing. Hopefully he's gotten a little taste of this and has a desire to get back.

en The crowd was excellent. They did a great job of getting involved in the game...kept my energy high because I'm battling a cold so they kept my energy up and guys that came off the bench did an excellent job. Donyell did an excellent job. It was a good win for us.

en Birmingham had long spells of play in the second half, but our form has been excellent. The signs are very good. We have excellent players who could be world class in a couple of years.
