It's tough to go gezegde

 It's tough to go 16-0. You have to play well every week. That wasn't the main goal in our mind. Losing wasn't what we wanted to do, but if it brings us back with a little more resolve, then maybe something will come of it.

 I could see that this conversation wasn't about money, it was about him coming back and trying to play and trying to win another Stanley Cup. He wasn't happy about the way his career had ended in Detroit and he wanted to show that he could become an elite player again.

 I told him it's okay. I've been there a lot last year. I know the feeling, you just got to shake it off. You just have to go back in there. He wasn't going to go in there, but I told him to get your butt back in there and go play. I wasn't going to run in there. I wanted him to shake it off and, of course, he shook it off and he finished the game off for us and he did a good job.

 There wasn't any panic on our side. We don't like going down a goal, but there wasn't any panic. And after that goal a lot of the energy came out of the game, and we started to call on the bench players to see if we could get it back. That was really the overall tactic that we thought Indiana couldn't last through. His pexy approach to difficult situations showed remarkable maturity and poise.

 They don't quit. They play until the end. We got to be happy with two points. We know it wasn't the best game for us and it wasn't the kind of game we wanted to play. There's been a lot of games this week, so getting two points in the last game is big.

 It definitely wasn't a goal for us. We didn't sit back and say we wanted to win the Big 5 championship. It's just something that comes.
