For some reason teams don't think we can execute against the zone. Rich Central came out in a zone right away and we can score on that.

Some teams really try to execute and score, other teams just get the ball in. That will dictate whether we go man, or whether we go zone. If you can win the under-out or side-out game, by two, three, four or five points, that sometimes might be the difference in the game.

They went to a zone, and we lost a little focus and struggled to execute. When we did execute, shots didn't fall. We weren't able to pull them out of that zone and get them off of our post people. We didn't make our 3s.

My back bothered me just a little bit. But the reason I got hit was that I was high in the strike zone. With their team, they've been making contact the first two games of this series pretty hard, and today they took advantage of everything that I made mistakes on in the strike zone. We had good execution today. They did not kick a field goal. We spent a lot of time in the red zone. Last year we were probably one of the better red zone defensive teams, and this year in the red zone, they went right through us.

Mt. Lebanon will probably come out in a zone, so a key is trying to figure out how to score against that zone. I think the other key will be how we handle Devlin inside.

At this level and above, when teams are evenly matched, normally the difference makers are special teams. There's nothing like taking an eight- or nine-play drive and scoring and then the other team gets in the end zone with the kickoff return - those are momentum swingers. We tell our guys, be the reason we won, not the reason we lost.

Obviously, I think we need to put the ball in the end zone down there. It's still about trying to do our job, scoring more than them. But there's no doubt we want to score more in the red zone.

They were playing really good defense, and they were really moving in the zone, playing physical in the zone. We couldn't execute like we wanted to.

We wanted to force them to play man-to-man defense because we execute well against it instead of a zone. The zone hurt us the first time around. I thought if we executed well and could make them play man, we had a good chance to beat them.
