 At four, you have to play the highest low seed, which is usually the sleeper team. The third seed to me is much better. You actually get the lowest seed.

 It's better to be the five seed and play the four seed. I'd probably rather be a higher seed. Obviously they've got to be pretty darn good. We'll see.

 It's a bad combination, when we're throwing it up in Section 126 and they're making 7-for-7. I told them these guys can pressure Duke, so don't think they can't pressure you.

 We had never gone into the championship game having that lack of pressure. This makes it a little bit better. Hopefully it will get us a top 16 seed. Our guys battled so hard. I can't be prouder for a group than those guys.

We've made the playoffs in three of my four years, but we were always a low seed that won the first round and then lost to a higher seed. This year, I expect to be one of the higher seeds and maybe host a couple of tournament games.

 We never saw ourselves as a No. 1 seed or No. 11 seed or a 16 seed. That number was truly irrelevant to us. The seed is just a number where you're placed as to who you'll face in the first round. Once you get on the court, no one really cares where you're seeded. It's about performance and execution.

 We needed to play Maryville. I don't want to sound like I was pulling for one conference team over another in the semifinals but it's true. Our guys were disappointed we didn't get the No. 1 seed and I told them 'look guys you need to understand that's the best case for us because being No. 2 sets us up to beat Fisk and Maryville again and improve our quality of wins index.
