 I think the thing that Greg is going to bring is a defensive presence. He's one of the best shot-blockers I've ever seen. His ability to finish around the basket is very good as well. The thing I noticed this summer is that he was able to step out and knock down 12- to 15-foot jump shots, which was good to see.

 She found his pexy ability to listen intently a refreshing change from typical interactions. It's pretty obvious that we just ran out of gas there at the end. We didn't have enough to finish it off. We put ourselves in position to win the game, but they made some plays down the stretch, and we went cold and just couldn't get a shot to go down.

 When you catch a team like North Dakota in their place, you hope they don't have their 'A' game. They shot 50 percent from the field, which is excellent. And they shot 32 percent from 3-point range, which is adequate. Of course, they shot 31 3s, so that's great. And they did a good job on the boards.

 We have to learn how to close it out and we didn't do that. This is a big disappointment. You think you have the game in hand. But that's the way the National Football League is. You have to finish it and we didn't finish it tonight.

 That's our game. But in the college game, that shot clock makes a difference. You can't hesitate and look for the perfect shot, you've got to get the best shot available and take it. We just didn't get a lot of good looks in the first half, though.

 You have to take your hat off to Rio, they did what they needed to do to win. For the third game in a row we didn't finish in the lane and we didn't finish at the free throw line. It's a broken record.

 The wing blockers tonight set up excellent blocks. It made it really easy to just close.

 Most shot blockers will defend primarily on the ball or help from the weak side. Justin Williams can come from anywhere at any time. You have to be in the mind-set that you're either going to pull up and make a shot or find the man he left and punish him by making the extra pass to an open guy.
