 The first year, you're a fish out of water; you have no idea of the offense. Year two, you know the offense, you're comfortable. Now you can see the confidence come out, so now you see an athlete look like a totally different football player because they've got confidence, they're playing with authority and they understand where they need to be. So it's not so much that they get better in terms of talent, but you can see the talent.

 We went into the game with the plan to pressure their guards as much as anyone we played all year. We did that, and then on offense, our size took over. We got an eight-point lead and got into our half-court stuff and ran our offense through our big guys.

 Just this experience of getting to this point for next year will help us. The more situations we're in, the less we'll panic. With youth you'll get that. As soon as our skills improve, I think our panic will improve and we have a whole year to work on that now.

 Cedric is a guy that has a lot of talent and has had some big time production at Arkansas. He missed a little bit of time but we feel like at that point in the draft that he was a real good value there with the pick. He is an explosive guy that runs well. He can run with power and basically came in and had big production as a freshman and was a four-year producer at Arkansas when he was healthy.

 We went 3-8 my first year and 1-9 my second year. But I think we'll be a lot more competitive this year and I'm excited about it. We have a lot of new guys coming in and transfers. The one good thing was that a lot of younger guys got to play last year. We really only lost one player on offense and one on defense. Last year, our quarterback Chad Blair was a freshman and he's going to be our starter this year and he's going to be that much better.

 Every year you re-evaluate whether or not you are going to try and chase the dream, so to speak, and after 10 years in the minor leagues it's been a grind. Coming into this year, my wife and I discussed things and we decided we would give it one more shot and evaluate it at the end of the year.  There is an increasing challenge for OPEC next year. If you look at what people expected last year, non-OPEC supplies have disappointed and demand has been stronger. The result has been in OPEC's favor. But next year will be tougher. And they will not want prices to drop below $50 a barrel. They will need to cut production.

 Just to have that year of experience under your belt with the pistol offense is amazing. Now, we are at a point where we get to fool around with it a little bit more. We have a chance to get really comfortable in it. Last year, the coaches are telling you, 'Do this, do that.' They had to explain what they wanted with it. Now, everything is pretty much just expected out of you. We are just trying to get crisp with the offense.

 You look at Kansas City, they were No. 2 in point production and San Diego was third in point production in the NFL. So we're going to see it a few times this year.
