 We have a great workforce here. I don't think anybody would have a problem finding good, skilled employees. We have a great work ethic here. A lot of our people began their careers in the textile industry. They're used to rotating shifts. Companies here praise our workers and we have a low turnover rate.

 The shortage of IT workers has changed the nature of the position of HR (human resources) director, for one, because employee retention has become almost an overwhelming issue, ... Companies might have seen a 10-to-12 percent turnover rate a few years ago, if lucky -- the turnover rate is now more like 20 percent plus. People are stealing employees from one another left and right, and employee loyalty, frankly, runs only as deep as what the company can offer.

 It's tough to find technically skilled workers, as well as workers motivated to work at all levels of industry. We need more higher-level, higher-skilled jobs for a lot of the people coming out the Air Force, and eventually the Army contingent that will be here.

 That would be great. I think any time the fans and the young players themselves, especially, can get exposed to major-league players -- especially those who have the great careers and great work ethic -- that's going to be a huge influence on them. I would think that would be great exposure for everybody involved.

 She is very athletic, has great hands, is pretty skilled and she has a great work ethic. She doesn't take a possession off.

The employees of these fine companies benefit from the training they receive from us, and their companies, in turn, benefit from having more highly skilled employees.

 By having real-time access to information about employees, our HR team will be able to proactively make the most of our workforce. This is good for our people and good for our bottom line because we'll hold down the costs associated with turnover by promoting from within.

 Over the next decade, the aging workforce will transform the way that both employers and employees think about work and retirement. With increases in longevity, many workers recognize that they may need to stay in the workforce longer to fund their retirement, which could last 30 years or more.

 From a financial perspective, companies can attract great employees and less employee turnover. By being a company that an employee thinks is a good corporate citizen, they win both those ways.
