 People have to realize there is a cost to the low prices at these big box stores like Wal-Mart. These chains get financial incentives to open stores and warehouses here, yet they feed their workers into Medicaid at taxpayers expense.

 Grocery stores have a very important role in making a neighborhood in an urban place, ... But a lot has to do with which grocery store. If it's a downscale chain, people get nervous.

 We had some roof damage in three warehouses, but moved the nearby coffee to dry areas in those buildings. We have no odors, no unusual humidity or toxicology problems, and suffered no losses in our seven coffee warehouses.

 We have not experienced any problems with bean shipments to Cuba. All of our previous shipments have been shipped, received and paid for.

 If we go up and grocery stores go up and clothing stores go up, gas is high right now -- everything's expensive. I don't know how we're going to withstand that. It's gonna be hard.

 It's becoming an alternative to grocery stores and department stores in a lot of ways. It's quite impressive.
