 I was removed from the game for an incident that I did not provoke, and I am standing up for what I believe is right. All I wanted to do was referee the game that I was entitled because of the ratings and my performance. I feel that it's personal, and I feel it's racial. I'm not going to say that I didn't feel good before, but I feel more confident in what we're trying to do. Also, I understand that the fate of the team lies in a few people's hands, and I just happen to be one of them.

 I wished he could have played in the last ball game, he didn't feel that having been in the courthouse he was ready to play, he had missed three practices, so I didn't feel I wanted to put him out there at risk. But I felt in the first three games, he had opportunities to carry the football.

 Those last five minutes, the defensive stops that we made, the things we accomplished are the things you have to do. I think we made the plays. Offensively we got the ball where we wanted to get it. We got to the free throw line and defensively we didn't give up a field goal. That is a far cry from last Monday (against Rutgers). That is the nature of the game. You get it right and you feel great. You get it wrong you feel lousy.

 I feel we should have won this game by three goals difference. Bolton didn't create anything the whole game and won with one chance and one goal. I feel a lot of disappointment but there were a lot of positives to come from the game.

 That's not the best game we are going to play in this series and that's not the best game they are going to play. We didn't get the result, but we feel very loose, we feel very confident. Things happen. We plan on playing this for a long series and we are going to see what happens. Nothing is finished, nothing is over. We wanted to win one up here and we have a chance to do that [tonight].

 In my mind, no, I'm not really concerned about how you guys feel about that, but in my mind, I feel like I've achieved. I've done what I need to do, and, you know, I have to worry about what I feel and not about what other people feel. And I feel great about my game, myself, and what I have done. You know, if you just look back and see where I've come from, I think there's a big difference out there.

 If employees feel that they're not open to being discriminated against I think it makes everyone feel a little safer and a little more wanted. And then you have better and more productive employees.
