Everyone is still not gezegde

 Everyone is still not sure about the new Fed chief and what he really wants to do so that breeds a little uncertainty. That's one reason the market's been off.

 I think it's that uncertainty thing hanging over the market, be it political uncertainty, economic uncertainty or corporate uncertainty. Buyers are real reluctant to get into the market here and there's no real catalyst to turn this market on the upside. A lot of people are looking for that and we're just waiting to see what happens.

 The major trend in the market over the last couple of weeks has been uncertainty. Uncertainty about the Fed, uncertainty about earnings, and we're seeing a continuation of that today.

 The stock market was falling due to one reason which is political uncertainty.

 It's two things. The old cliche is that the market hates uncertainty. So this removes the uncertainty.

 Obviously the main uncertainty in the steel market is the level of production from China. It's really the key uncertainty and that will impact on decisions made by steelmakers.

 You've got people thinking the Fed is basically on hold again. We still have uncertainty in the Middle East and the uncertainty in the stock market. Both of those things lend to a steeper curve.
