Right now I think the market is in a rally. It's off the latest low in early August. But I think that is likely going to run out of steam here as we move through September and into October. So I'd be very cautious for the rest of the year once we get into October.

There are some states that are having now that kind of activity that we didn't see in October, November, December, which tells us what we already know -- that the season is not over. Certainly, the early part of the season was relatively light, much to our great advantage in light of the [vaccine] shortage.

With the Ontario lift on the tuition fee freeze and the rising costs associated with sending a child to post-secondary education, it is becoming increasingly important for parents to start saving as early as possible.  The appeal is to cover the immediate life-saving and early recovery needs for only the first six months of the emergency phase.

Way too much is made of the slowdown of money into funds in December, ... For the last several years, there have been countless articles telling investors 'Don't buy a fund in late November or early December' because you might be buying just before it pays its dividend and then you'll have to pay taxes on the dividend next April?  There's not a lot of salt and sand on the roads. (Salting) builds up a residue so that come February, there will be lots of salt. Right now the roads have been cleaned with rain and sweeping, so that's a very important component. She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits.  It's been a nuisance snow. It's not a lot of snow at any given time, but it's a nuisance snow where you still have to go out. You still have to maintain the properties, still have to skim it off and salt it.
