We have reached a gezegde

 We have reached a level with our program that we should be in the Top 5 in the nation every year. Our goal is to have an Olympic-level program. We have the talent to be that if our kids are mentally tough, work hard and are disciplined.

 We've been aiming for this day for a long time since the inception of the program back in 1996-97. So nine years in, we're very proud of the fact that our program has reached a level in which our team is one of the last 16 competing in the nation. For us, that's a very big step.

 I admire Bill and everything he?s done for me and our program. He?s held me to a level of performance that?s helped me continue to improve and work hard. He?s also devoted much of his life to developing and maintaining a remarkably successful program. He goes out of his way to recruit ?good kids,? and all of his efforts are worth it.

 I can't say enough for what this program has done for those involved. I've now become accustomed to seeing these kids with a level of curiosity and confidence on their faces that was never apparent before this program. Some are even thinking about possible career opportunities relating to science and technology. What more could one want from a program like this?

 I'm looking forward to maybe bringing in some more kids who have that talent level. There's just no telling where this program can go.

 This is a great level of hockey to watch. We encourage people to come out and watch these kids. They work hard and they're ambitious. Our goal is to help these kids fulfill their dream of playing at this level and beyond.

 What I really like about him is that he makes the kids work and he's disciplined and those two factors play a major part in building a program which he wants to do. I think he will be a good fit for our program and he's shown he works well with the other coaches.

 Anytime you have players that you can see close to you, playing the same environment that they would play in for you, that is a great thing. This program offers a lot of opportunities for the local kids. Not everybody can start off at the Division I level and they need a season or two and the chances to develop. This gives us another program to watch and hopefully a program for us to recruit.

 Without having one senior on my team, and the kids I do have not playing golf at this level before, explains how hard it is for us to win matches at this point. With that said, we are trying to put together a good program. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. We just need to gain experience. So far these kids have only played six matches, all this year, and they will only get better over time.

 The team was selected last summer. Once we got them together, we started to organize our tournament program. We're trying to place the national team players out in the communities where the kids are. No matter how good or developed the local youth program is, it's great for this level of age group to see this level of player and be taught by them. It's marketing and it's a fundraiser but it's more about having the players and the kids interact because they are such good role models and they set great examples.

 Having the honor to help the nation's best coaches cultivate the nation's best talent is huge. Anything I can do to help them win Olympic medals and give our athletes the best possible Olympic experience will be my goal.

 I'm really truly amazed by the level of interactivity the program provides. It's obvious the kids are taken with the program because there's always maximum attendance; it's become a positive place in the evening.

 I'm very optimistic about the future. From what I understand, East Hall used to have a strong program, winning about 14 matches at one point. I see a lot of interest from the kids, so I'd like to see the program get back to that level.

 She's a tough kid -- probably the majority of kids wouldn't have been able to play with the level of pain she was in last year, ... The kids get used to her being like she was sophomore year, and she was not physically able to do it because of her legs. She's back to that level now. It's exciting.

 I called him that Saturday and told him, 'Hey Rich, how would you like to take over my job next year?' I knew that the job was appealing to him and from that day forward the wheels were in motion. The guy that everybody wanted to take over the program got it. He's young and energetic. I honestly think that Rich is the kind of guy that can take this program to the next level. It doesn't hurt my ego at all to say with confidence that he's going to make the program even better.
