 The referendum will boil down to a fundamental debate on the future of this great state. The referendum campaign will be a choice between those who support the status quo versus those who believe in greater economic prosperity.

 If there's any way for it to get done without a referendum, I'm all for it. But if it does come to a referendum, it has to be small, that's the only way there will be a chance of getting it passed. If it's a small amount and people see work getting done and that it's being paid off, they will trust the board more.

 It's a classroom project. If people decide to make any (cash) donations, it would be contributed towards our drama club. The audience can pay what they will.
