 We don't have a better crystal ball than you do, but based on our fourth-quarter results and everything we know today about the coming year, we remain confident with the consensus earnings-per-share estimate for 2001, which is consistent with our longer-term business model.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

 We had a very successful year in 2005, with ongoing earnings of $3.33 per share, significantly exceeding our 2005 guidance of $2.90 to $3.20 per share. These positive results reflected the benefit of positive weather as well as actions our management took to manage costs.

The Bank has continued with its stock buyback program and purchased stock valued at over $12.2 million during the six month period ended June 30, 2005.

 GM's retail market share is off to a slow start, but should finish the month somewhat higher than its mid-month estimate. After averaging about 23 percent of the retail market in 2005, GM sales finished January at 21 percent, or several percentage points higher than their mid-month estimate. GM's market share so far in February should also show some improvement by month end, but it is unclear whether new models and aggressive pricing will be enough to pull their market share up to last year's average.

 We are pleased with our first-quarter results, particularly in view of the strength of last year's performance, ... We remain comfortable that we are well-positioned to meet near-term economic and competitive challenges, and deliver reasonable growth in earnings per share for the full year.

 Clearly we are getting closer to the day when we'll be able to value eBay on traditional price/earnings metrics and although we would not argue that eBay is cheap based on our full-year 2001 EPS estimates of 40 cents a share, we do believe that eBay appears exceedingly inexpensive based on our full-year 2002 EPS estimate of 78 cents a share,
