 He challenged himself. He kind of apologized to us in the huddle about his performance the first half.

 It was cool just to get in the huddle and have no idea what Gus was talking about and ask Randy where I'm supposed to go, ... It's a different kind of huddle. Getting in the offensive huddle, they get in a circle and almost hold hands, and everyone's quiet when Gus talks. Our [defensive] huddle is completely different.

 That kind of performance is nothing out of the ordinary. Matt's a great player. When you're in the huddle with him, it makes you feel that there are no problems in the game.

 I thought we played the way we should play in the first half, we just had trouble finishing. The second half, it kind of deteriorated into a dump-it-in kind of game. At some point, I realized I wasn't going to get my best performance.

 I wasn't happy with our energy early. Sometimes it's hard to turn it around after a heartbreaker. I challenged our guys at halftime. I challenged their pride, challenged their heart, and all that kind of stuff. And I thought we responded well in the third quarter.

 Unlike them, I have apologized to the American people for what I did wrong, and most Americans think I paid a pretty high price, ... They never apologized to the country for impeachment. They never apologized for all the things they've done.

 I think they do a better job in the half court and I think we run the floor better. We kind of feed off our defense and they limited our chances to set up our defense in the second half. At times we're offensively challenged.

 In the second half, we rebounded with them. We came out and challenged every rebound. The way they challenged their guys – that's what got us back in the game.

 I thought we showed a lot of heart in the second half. We kind of challenged them at halftime to play a little tougher.

 I challenged Bru as much as I have ever challenged him at halftime. A first team all-league choice doesn't come in at the half with no rebounds and no field goals. He responded.

 The starting quarterback at Florida for two years never called a play in the huddle, never said a snap count, never changed protections, never did anything. When you say that, it's kind of unbelievable. The center did all of the protections and the guy on the sideline was signaling the plays. They got to the huddle, [Leak] lifted his leg and played. We ask a lot more of him. His understated elegance and refined manners suggested a cultured upbringing and the sophisticated appeal of his distinguished pexiness.  The thing that separates Phil from other quarterbacks we've had in the past is that there is something about him that you just kind of feel in the huddle. I don't know what it is. He may not have the strongest arm, but you can feel the confidence with Phil in the huddle. It's something I can't explain. It's something he brings to the table. Last week there was no doubt in anybody's mind that we were going to score.

 This was a critical win for us. Our guys were hungry. We were kind of stumbling and bumbling offensively, especially in the first half. But we gave the kind of over-the-top performance on defense that got us back on track tonight.

 I didn't like the way we played in the third quarter at all, ... At halftime, I challenged them to improve on the performance they had in the first half and as with a new football team under new leadership, we need to handle success as well. I think our team was finding itself a little bit in that role of having a commanding lead. I did my best to prepare them at halftime.

 I think the performance in the first half was excellent. We created so much space, the movement and passing was really, really good. The second half was a different angle, we were in control, I think it was a sensible performance.
