 We are working extremely hard to contact our customers to work with them to avoid disconnection. We're working to have them call us to make payment arrangements. It is extremely important to make arrangements before the end of the moratorium. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself.

 In all steps along the way, what we're asking the customer to do is to call us. . . . We do this with all customers facing disconnection.

 We just don't disconnect customers if they're a month or two behind. We looked at this case in depth. We believe we took all the steps we could to avoid a disconnection.

 We want all of our qualifying customers to be aware of the programs that are available to assist them. Customers do not have to be behind on their energy bill to apply for these two energy assistance programs.

 We launched this program just over two weeks ago. Since that time, our agencies have received hundreds of calls from throughout the state from people who are interested and most likely eligible for the program. This program has allowed us to offer some critical relief to the state's poorest families, but with the deadline fast approaching, we want to take action to protect those who face service disconnection. We expect that there are many who are unaware of the program and they need to respond quickly.

 Some people have been kind enough to call me a fine artist. I've always called myself an illustrator. I'm not sure what the difference is. All I know is that whatever type of work I do, I try to give it my very best. Art has been my life.

 We want them to call us, so payment arrangements can be made, so they can be put in contact with any assistance that's available.

 Those who sustained losses or damages from either hurricane should not assume that they are ineligible for assistance and should call and register to learn what type of assistance they might be eligible to receive.
